- If you have an oven that is multi-functional, it heats in the same way as a regular one, but has extras like a grill and a fan. In this type of oven, the fan is used when cooking a large amount of food or for cooking several dishes at the same time, because the fan allows the heat to reach everywhere;
- When steaming you can also use the fan to prevent the food from drying out while cooking because it allows the steam to reach everywhere;
Using the oven fan:
- When you need more heat or want your food to heat up faster, you can use the fan to grill any type of meat. This way you reduce the cooking time and the meat is cooked evenly;
- Use the fan when baking baked goods - this way the dough will rise even if there is no yeast in it. The fan is ideal for baking fluffy sponge cakes, all kinds of muffins, homemade pastries, homemade bread. However, you should not use it for more than 10 minutes, because your pastry may become dry;
- When cooking oven-baked fish, it is also useful. When grilling fish, water vapor is released, which the fan rotates back. This way, the fish remains juicy and tasty.
