- russula mushrooms are boiled for 30 minutes;

- all types of frozen mushrooms are cooked in one way: first defrost, then boil for 15-20 minutes;

- dried mushrooms are washed with warm water, then soaked in cold water for 3 to 16 hours - it depends on the type of mushroom. After they soften, they are boiled in the same water without salt for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
