Mushrooms are part of more than one delicious dish. There are many ways to prepare them, but here we will pay attention to how and how long mushrooms are boiled for.
The first thing we need to do is to wash the mushrooms very well, especially those that are collected in the forest. Then, if you want, you can chop them up or boil them whole. And here are some types of mushrooms and the time for which they are prepared:
Cooking the different types of mushrooms:
- boil white mushrooms for about 35-40 minutes, removing the foam that is released during their cooking;
- the fresh oyster mushroom is boiled for 15-20 minutes;
- Tibetan mushroom are soaked for 2-3 days before cooking in water that is changed periodically. Boil for 15 minutes;
- chanterelle mushrooms are boiled for 20 minutes;
- the broth is boiled in the following way: after the water boils, in which the mushrooms are placed, foam forms. It must be changed, and the mushrooms must be washed. Then they are again put in new water and boiled for 40 minutes to an hour;
- field mushrooms are boiled for 5 minutes;
- russula mushrooms are boiled for 30 minutes;
- all types of frozen mushrooms are cooked in one way: first defrost, then boil for 15-20 minutes;
- dried mushrooms are washed with warm water, then soaked in cold water for 3 to 16 hours - it depends on the type of mushroom. After they soften, they are boiled in the same water without salt for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
