What is Schwartz coffee and is it lighter than espresso?
Unlike espresso, in which coffee is made by a small amount of steam and hot water, which passes under pressure through a strainer, in Schwartz coffee boiling water slowly passes through coarser ground coffee and through a filter without any pressure.
The result is an aromatic mixture, which surprisingly for many is not inferior to the caffeine content of espresso.
