How to make
Beat the eggs with the milk. Add the salt, baking soda, starch and flour. Stir well so there's no lumps. Leave to rest for about 30 min. Cut each frankfurter in 2.
Stick each half on a skewer. Pour generous amounts of oil in a pan. Pour the breading mixture into a deep container, such as the bowl of a mixer. Roll the frankfurters in corn flour, then dip them in breading mixture.
Fry until golden in the pan; 1 min. max is all they need. Take out and put onto paper towels to drain.
