Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water. Be careful not to overcook them, they should remain whole. Mix the breadcrumbs and flour in a bowl.
Add the spices and mix well. Roll the potatoes in the resulting mixture.
Fry the potatoes in heated oil, until they aquire a golden color.
They are a great beer appetizer or wine appetizer.
