Ingredients

  • lettuce - 1, Radicchio
  • cucumbers - 1
  • tomatoes - 2
  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g) canned
  • olives - 5 - 6
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • sour cream - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • eggs - 5
  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)

How to make

Wash and dry the lettuce. Tear it coarsely and put it in a suitable platter.

Dice 1 tomato and part of the cucumber. Stir and using a ring, form heaps atop the lettuce. Sprinkle the salad with corn and grated cheese.

Boil the eggs. Cut 4 of them and take out the yolks but keep the whites intact. In a bowl, stir the yolks, feta cheese, sour cream and butter.

Fill the egg whites with the resulting cream. Arrange them in the middle of the plate.

Using the rest of the products, decorate the salad as desired. Before serving, sprinkle with a dressing of white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a little black pepper and salt.
