"Here`s a vegetable clay pot dish, which besides being light and dietary, is extremely delicious."

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1, grilled
  • peppers - 2 red, roasted
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (60 g)
  • tomatoes - 4 tablespoons, grated
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 1

How to make

The products listed are for 2 clay pots.

Smear each on the inside with oil. Put a thin slice of cheese at the bottom.

Distribute some diced zucchini on top, the chopped and peeled roasted peppers (1 per pot). Then crumble the feta cheese, add the remaining chopped zucchini and grated cheese.

Pour 2 tbsp of grated tomatoes in each. Put in the oven and turn it on to 390°F (200 °C) for 20 min. until the cheese melts and reddens.

Break an egg over one of them and return to the oven for 10 min. until it's ready.
