How to make
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Cut the lamb into pieces. Clean the vegetables and cut them coarsely.
In a large skillet, fry the whole loin until browned and all the chopped meat, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer the meat to a greased tray, then place the vegetables around it. Wrap the tops in aluminum foil, to prevent them from burning.
Put it to bake for 30-40 minutes, then remove and strain the released sauce into a pot. Put the pot on medium heat and add a cup of water. Boil until the liquid is reduced by half.
Strain the sauce and leave it in a warm area. Mix the honey with black pepper grains, then smear it on the meat. Bake a few more minutes in the oven.
Serve divided into portions, with sauce poured on top. The vegetables can be served separately.
