How to make
Bake or pop the cleaned hot peppers on a griddle.
While still hot, fill them in jars, by adding cloves of garlic, carrot slices, pieces of celery, sugar, salt, honey, 2 tbsp. of oil per jar (optional).
Fill the jars to the top with vinegar.
Close them with the lids and sterilize for 10-15 minutes.
The hot peppers with honey are ready.
