Ingredients

  • peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • sugar - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • oil - 1 cup
  • vinegar - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)
  • salt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • parsley
  • carrots - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic
  • aspirin

How to make

Place the roasted peppers in a blend of the products listed above, then remove them, add chopped parsley, garlic and grated carrots to them.

Put them in jars, pour the solution over them and put 1 aspirin in per jar. Seal, do not boil.
