How to make
The well-cleaned hot peppers are popped on a hot plate or grill and while they are still warm, they are arranged in a dry, warmed jar, the bottom of which is covered with finely chopped dill and parsley.
The popped peppers are pressed so as to remove the excess air, a few slices of carrot and garlic cloves are placed, and the other products are added.
They are closed until warm and turned upside down so they sterilize.
