How to make
These hot peppers are for direct consumption. They are not placed in jars.
Grate the carrot. Cut the cucumber is cut into circles, the garlic is pressed and the parsley and dill are finely chopped.
The peppers are roasted and peeled. While they are still warm, pour honey over them, stir, add salt, carrots, the greens, pressed garlic and season with vinegar and olive oil. Mix. They are left for about 1 hour before consumption.
The hot peppers with carrots and cucumbers are very tasty!
Note: The topping has a very pleasant sweet and sour flavor. Crunchy cucumber and carrot. A lovely fresh vegetable spread.
