How to make
Strain the yogurt through a cheesecloth.
Boil the peeled carrots in salted water. Once they have cooled, grate them finely and season them with lemon juice and salt.
Mix the milk with the chopped dill and oil and mix with the carrots.
Cut the cucumbers into circles and arrange them on a plate, place balls of the prepared mixture on them and decorate with dill.
