  • hot peppers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc. fresh
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. /oil/
  • garlic - a few cloves
  • salt
  • parsley
  • dill

How to make

These hot peppers are for direct consumption. They are not placed in jars.

Grate the carrot. Cut the cucumber is cut into circles, the garlic is pressed and the parsley and dill are finely chopped.
