How to make
Roast the peppers, peel them and remove the stems and seeds. Cut them into 1 pieces.
In a pot, mix the vinegar, honey and orange juice. Boil on low heat, add the peppers and continue boiling. Remove any foam. Salt.
Lower the stove and boil the mixture for 20 min. While still warm, distribute it into jars and close them. Serve with cheeses and roasted meat.
