How to make
Peel the sausages from their skin, make cuts in which you will be putting the pieces of cheese, then arrange them in a tray with space between them.
Slice the potatoes and stack them in tiers between the pieces of sausage. Pour beaten eggs on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
