How to make
Mix the chia seeds with the yoghurt and leave them to swell for about 6 hours. The mixture needs to sit at room temperature but if you're making the pudding during the summer and it's really hot then it's best to put the mixture in the fridge after 1 hour.
Once the seeds have swollen well, add the runny honey and cocoa and distribute into cups. Leave them for about 30 min.
Before serving, sprinkle with some more chia seeds.
This is the perfect breakfast. You can make the mixture the night before and simply enjoy the next morning.
Kids also love it, it's chocolaty, light and healthy.
