How to cook
Sift the flour with salt in a bowl. To it add the oil, lightly beaten eggs and the yeast dissolved in the milk, along with the sugar. Knead a soft, stretchy dough.
Oil it well and put it in a large plastic bag. Put it in the fridge for 1 night. The next day, take it out. When you take the dough out, don't knead it again. Heat a generous amount of oil. With oiled hands, tear pieces from the dough.
Stretch them and fry in the heated oil. Leave to drain onto paper towels. Optionally, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or leave as is.
