Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • emmental - 2 oz (50 g), grated
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • eggs - 2
  • butter - 2 tsp (10 g) + some to spread
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 °C) and brush 4 small ceramic bowls with butter. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then one after another, add the cottage cheese, emmental, sour cream and flour. Add the nutmeg and season with salt and black pepper.

Finally, distribute the mixture into the 4 bowls, but do not fill them to the brim, put them in the oven and let them bake for 20 minutes.

Once the fritters rise and turn golden brown, they are ready. Double the amount of ingredients for more fritters.
