  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • yeast - 1 tbsp, dry
  • water - 2 1/2 cups, warm

How to make

Knead the ingredients to obtain a very thick sludge-dough. Leave it to rise; it's best to have a large container so the dough doesn't spill out.

You can leave it in a cold area overnight or for a few hours in a warm area.

The prepared dough is sticky and you need to work with it quickly. Fry in a deep container with a hot oil.
