How to make
Beat the eggs and mix them with the flour which you've sifted beforehand. Gradually add the milk until you get a mixture the thickness of a puree.
Peel the apples, remove their seeds and grate them coarsely. Add them to the mixture and stir well. Season with cinnamon.
Heat the oil. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and fry them until golden. Leave them briefly on paper towels to drain away the excess oil, then transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
