How to make
Add the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, sea salt, baking powder and soda in a bowl.
In another bowl, puree the banana, add the coconut oil and the other liquid ingredients.
Stir and add the dry ingredients and mix very well.
In a heated and greased pan, pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a distance from one another.
Fry the dough balls on all sides until golden brown.
Serve with a syrup or powdered sugar.
