How to make
Wash the vegetables. Clean the peppers of their seeds and cut them into strips. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely in a tray.
Peel the outer leaves of the cabbage and core it. Cut it into thin strips and mix with the other veggies. Lastly, add the chopped leaves and stalks of the celery and parsley.
Stir with your hands after salting them a little, in order to soften the cabbage. Boil the water with the salt, add the vinegar and remove from the stove. Put 1 aspirin and 4-5 black pepper grains at the bottom of each jar.
Fill them with the mixed veggies and pour on the slightly cooled marinade. You can put stalks of celery between the veggies as well.
Close with caps and flip them over over a period of 2-3 days. Sprinkle with a little oil when serving and it's ready.
