Ingredients

  • peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • carrots - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • green tomatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • cabbages - 2 big heads
  • celery - 1 head
  • salt - 1/2 cup
  • vinegar - 1 bottle
  • oil - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup

How to make

Clean and chop the vegetables into suitable pieces. Put them in a large container and pour the marinade, made from the vinegar, oil, water, salt and sugar (needs to be hot), over them.

Leave it overnight.

Then stuff the veggies into jars very densely.

Pour the marinade on top and sterilize 15 min.
