Ingredients

  • turkey - 5.5 lb (2.5 kg) of meat
  • sauerkraut - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • bacon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Arrange the turkey, cut into portions, in a baking dish with the chopped up sauerkraut.

Sprinkle it with paprika, black pepper and the diced bacon. Simmer until tender, pour boiling grease over it and bake.
