Ingredients

  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 2 heads
  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 2.
  • lentils - 9 oz (250 g)
  • salt

How to make

Pour the oil in a saucepan. When warm, add chopped onions, minced meat, then fry it all up. Add the chopped carrots, 2-3 cups of cold water and add the lentils, salt and pepper.

Leave on low heat for at least 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. If there is not a lot of water, some is added.
