How to make
Portion the chicken and then saute it evenly in oil and a bit of water. Successively, add the finely chopped onions, chopped peppers and tomatoes to it. Mix in the paprika and pour in hot water.
Season with salt and a little black pepper and allow the dish to boil until the chicken becomes completely tender. Add the rice, stir and once boiling, transfer the dish to a clay pot.
Put it to bake in a moderate oven. Serve the village-style hen sprinkled with fresh parsley.
