"You`re gonna drink a lot of beer with this zucchini appetizer. Cheers!"

  • savory
  • salt - to taste
  • eggs - 2 - 3

measures

How to make

Cut the zucchini into round slices about 1/2″ (1 cm) and if you like, peel the skins. Cut out a small circle in the middle of each with a knife. Sprinkle with a little salt and leave them aside.

In a bowl, mix the mince with the grated cheese, 1 egg, savory, cumin. Stir with a fork and fill the openings with the mince, smoothing it out on both sides.

Pour flour in a bowl, separately beat the eggs with the milk. Dip each zucchini slice in flour, then in beaten eggs and fry on both sides until golden on a moderate stove.

Take them out onto paper towels to absorb the grease. Serve with dill and a cold beer - it's summer, let's enjoy it.
