  • celery - 2 oz (50 g)
  • horseradishes - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 2
  • bay leaf - 2
  • carrots - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • onions - 1 head

How to make

Wash the trotters, tail and ears well, boil them in salted water with the carrots, onions, celery and bay leaf.
