How to make
Dice the meat finely and boil it. Pour out the broth and put it on the stove to bubble briefly. Put the flour in a bowl and dilute it with a little water, add it to the broth while stirring vigorously.
Leave it on low heat to boil another 10 min. In a bowl, make a thickening agent from the eggs and yoghurt and carefully thicken the broth. Pour the boiled pieces of meat in it and stir. Make a roux by heating the oil and adding a little paprika to it.
Serve with ground garlic in vinegar and ground cayenne pepper.
