"One of the most cherished soups - khash, this time made with yoghurt. Try it, you`ll be glad you did."

Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g) (can use the head, trotters, bacon or ears)
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 4 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper - coarsely ground
  • paprika
  • vinegar
  • garlic

How to make

Dice the meat finely and boil it. Pour out the broth and put it on the stove to bubble briefly. Put the flour in a bowl and dilute it with a little water, add it to the broth while stirring vigorously.
