How to make
In a bowl, mix both types of flour, the paprika, black pepper, salt to taste and curry.
Cut the zucchini into round slices and roll them in the mixture. Arrange them in an oven dish, overlapping them just a bit.
Sprinkle them well with oil. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35 min. or until ready.
Mix the yoghurt with the garlic, dill and salt to taste.
Serve the zucchini with the sauce poured over them. It's the perfect appetizer for a cold brandy.
