How to make
Knead a dough from the ingredients for it and leave it to rest briefly.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out each one into a fine sheet.
Smear each sheet with the filling. Wrap it into a roll and cut it into pieces. Turn the pieces with the filling facing up.
Arrange the salty buns in an oiled tray and smear them with egg yolk. Bake until golden.
