Ingredients

  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • yoghurt - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • yeast - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 3 cups (700 g)

How to make

Put all of the liquid ingredients in the breadmaker, plus the salt and sugar.

On top, pour in the flour and then the yeast at the very top.

Put it on the dough setting for 1 1/2 hours.

Take the ready dough out, shape it and leave it to rise again.

Bake at 350°F (175 °C) to a golden crust.
