How to make
In a bowl, pour in the warm milk, sugar, crumbled yeast and 2 tbsp of flour. Stir slowly with a spatula, cover and leave it for 10 min.
Pour the mixture into a dough mixer's container, add the salt and 2 eggs (minus 1 yolk). Stir briefly with a spatula.
Melt the butter and mix it with the oil. Add it in a thin trickle to the mixture, then turn the dough mixer on. Start adding the flour gradually. Once you obtain a soft, nonstick dough, take it out.
Cut the dough into 30 balls. Put each ball in your palm and flatten it. Sprinkle on some crumbed feta and close it so it doesn't spill out.
Lay out a tray with baking paper and arrange the salty buns some distance apart with the edge facing down. If needed, use 2 trays.
Beat the set aside yolk with 2 tbsp water, smear the buns with this and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven for about 15 min.
