How to make
Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Marinate the chicken legs in it for 30 min. Chop the onion into crescents.
Braise it in a little oil. In a suitable oven dish, arrange the chicken legs, along with the marinade. Lay out the onions and mushrooms on top.
Next, knead a dough from the ingredients listed for it. Roll it out into a sheet the size of the oven dish.
Cover the chicken legs with it - make sure you cover them well on all sides. Bake the pie at 360°F (180 °C) for about 45 min.
After you take it out of the oven, leave it to sit for 10 min. Invert it carefully in a plate and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
