How to make
Knead a smooth dough from the egg, oil, yoghurt and flour, as necessary. Leave it in the fridge to rest. The deboned chicken is cut into pieces. Boil the livers and hearts in a little vinegar water and also cut them in small cubes.
In 1-2 tablespoons of butter, fry 1-2 tablespoons of flour and dilute it to a smooth sauce with the chicken broth, all while stirring. Add 1 tablespoon of thick tomato paste. Fry the chopped onions and carrots briefly in a little oil. Add the chicken with the hearts and livers, mix and flavor with spices to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a pan and then mix in the grated cheese and white sauce. Roll out dough on a floured countertop into a round crust and cover the pan's top.
Make a few holes on top to allow steam to escape during baking. Put the chicken pie to bake in a moderately heated oven for about 20-30 minutes.
