How to make
Boil the washed livers in salted water, but not to full readiness. Drain, and fry them in butter and oil, subsequently add the coarsely chopped mushrooms, diced pepper, the onions cut into thin crescents and sliced garlic.
Shortly before the onions are ready, add the wine, water and spices. When the onions are fully cooked and the wine boils off, cut the tomato finely and add it. All this is cooked on low heat.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley, soya sauce (optional), suits it very well.
