How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a bowl.
Add the spices, olive oil and soy sauce. Stir and leave them for a few hours.
Take out the meat and roll it in flour.
Dip it in the beaten egg and then in the cornflakes (pre-crushed into small pieces).
Fry the chicken pieces in a well-heated pan with fat until they aquire a golden color.
Place the chicken bites onto kitchen paper, then serve immediately the most delicious chicken bites with cornflakes.
