Ingredients

  • pork - 23 oz (650 g)
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • leeks - 2 bunches
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5, canned
  • red wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • spices - for pork

How to make

Chop the meat and braise it. Add the chopped leeks and in 5 min. add the mushrooms and tomatoes. Throw in the spices and pour in the wine.

Distribute into clay pots and bake for at 390°F (200 °C) for 30 min. or until ready.

Sprinkle the kavarma with chopped parsley.
