  • lentils - 1 bowl (I choose the tiniest and darkest kind)
  • onions - 3 large heads
  • carrots - 2 large
  • garlic - 7 - 8 cloves
  • peppers - 1 red
  • tomatoes - 3 tbsp, canned, cut into pieces
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • spearmint - 1 tsp
  • to make it a stew
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 4 tbsp

How to make

Put the lentils to boil in 2.5 times the amount of water. After 15 min., add the chopped onions and pepper with the salt, spearmint and savory.
