How to make
Stir the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar and continue stirring. Add the milk, oil and the flour sifted with the baking powder and vanillas. Stir well and distribute the mixture into silicone muffin forms (1 1/2″ (4 cm) in diameter). Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 20 min.
Bake all of the treats that way. Leave them to cool. Beat the butter with the sugar. To it, add the eggs and continue beating until you obtain a fluffy cream. Add the sifted flour, starch and baking powder. Knead a dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 min.
Roll it out and cut out round forms 2″ (5 cm) in diameter. Arrange them in an oven dish, laid out with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 10 min. Leave them to cool.
Assembling the treats: Take a biscuit and smear it with jam. Place a treat on top (even it out if it has swollen during baking).
Press on it well and sprinkle the sides with ground walnuts or coconut flakes. Do this for all of the treats. Decorate with cream, fruits and raspberry jam.
