  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 1

  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)

  • apples - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • raisins - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • honey - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • biscuits - 4 oz (120 g), plain
  • cinnamon

How to make

Knead a soft dough from the ingredients for the pie's base. Distribute it evenly along the bottom and walls of the pie form. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 15 min. until reddened.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces. Add the sugar, chopped walnuts, raisins, orange zest and the crumbled into small pieces biscuits.

Finally, add the melted but cooled butter and honey. Stir everything well and fill the now baked base of the pie.

Return to the oven on low heat, about 320°F (160 °C), on just the upper element, until reddened. Consume the baked apple pie once cooled.
