How to make
For this easy apple pie, mix the sugar and eggs well into a frothy mixture.
The fat is heated, until a mixture is obtained.
The ammonia soda is mixed with the yogurt.
The flour is mixed with the aromas and salt.
Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes and stew them with the butter/margarine, until they slightly soften.
Add the fat, yoghurt and flour to the egg mixture. Knead briefly and leave the finished butter dough to stand in a cold place for 30 minutes.
Divide it into 2 - one part is more than the other.
The larger ball of dough is rolled out into a 1 cm thick crust. Cover the bottom of a large rectangular tray with it, pour the apples on top and knit a grid from the rest of the dough on them.
I rolled it into a 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick crust and cut about 0.4″ (1 cm) wide strips.
Bake the apple pie at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
Optionally, once it's ready, the aromatic pie is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
