How to make
Season the ribs with paprika, salt and black pepper and leave them for about 20 min. to absorb the flavors.
Peel and chop the quinces into pieces.
In a suitable baking dish, put the ribs, pour in the wine and arrange the pieces of quince around them. Smear the top of the meat with a little melted butter and honey.
Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven.
Bake until the meat softens. Toward the end of baking, remove the foil, for it to gain a crunchy crust.
