How to make
Mix all of the dry ingredients (the flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and powdered garlic) in a large bowl. Separately, beat the eggs and milk.
Divide each chicken wing into 2 and clean them. Salt them, dip each one briefly in the milky mixture, then roll them in the dry one and put them in the fridge for about 20 min. Put them to fry until golden in heated oil.
Heat the Tabasco in a bowl with the butter and vinegar and pour this sauce over the Buffalo wings.
Note: It's best to add cayenne pepper to the spices if you have some. Traditionally, Buffalo wings are served with a blue cheese sauce. To make it you have to mix 1 cup (250 g) mayonnaise, 4/5 cup (200 g) sour cream, 2 oz (60 g) crumbled blue cheese, a little dijon mustard to taste, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, a little fresh or dry powdered garlic with salt and black pepper, again to taste.
