How to make
Wash the wings and if needed remove any remaining feathers. Put them in a pot, pour in water and add salt. Boil until semi-cooked. Boil about 30-40 min.
In the meantime, prepare the marinade: peel and mash the garlic cloves. To them, add the basil, soy sauce, salt and 2 tbsp olive oil.
Once ready, drain from the water and while still warm, pour the marinade on top and stir well. Leave it for 10 min. to soak in some more.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
In a suitable tray, put the foil or baking paper, in order to be able to arrange the wings.
Roll each of the wings in breadcrumbs and arrange in the tray. Then smear each wing with a brush with beaten eggs.
Put to bake in a preheated 380°F (195 °C) oven with the fan off. Bake until golden another 20-30 min.
Attention: The breadcrumbs which I used I made from wheat bread, which I baked and ground in a chopper to coarse crumbs. Store-bought breadcrumbs are sold fine.
