How to make
Cut the wings in half and wash them. Prepare a marinade from fine onion and carrot, as well as pressed garlic. Mix together the vinegar, oil and soy sauce. Add spices, honey and chopped vegetables.
Arrange the wings in a baking dish and cover them with marinade. Cover with foil and keep in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Bake in the oven at 390°F (200 °C), for about 1 hour, or until ready.
Optionally, you can add 1 cup of water – it makes a very appetizing sauce.
