  • fettuccine - 14 oz (400 g)
  • mince - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • broth - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • parmesan - 4.5 oz (120 g)

  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp
  • basil - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp

measures

How to make

Boil the fettuccine al dente - firm to the bite. Chop the onions finely and braise with the mince in the butter. Pour on the tomato paste that's been diluted with a little water.

Once the liquid is reduced by half, add the boiled fettuccine.

Pour the broth over it and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Put it on low heat briefly and before serving, sprinkle the grated parmesan and basil on top.
