How to make
Chop and put the spinach in a heated pan with 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil, until it softens.
The cream cheese is mixed with the milk and butter. Season with black pepper and salt. Add it to the spinach.
Stir constantly, until a sauce is obtained.
Cook pasta al dente according to the directions on the package. Strain and add it to the sauce. Mix very carefully.
